For over 22 years, Ms. Accetta has provided competent
and compassionate legal assistance to the Orange and
Los Angeles communities. Her practice consists primarily
of Family Law Matters, which range from negotiating
settlements (eliminating the need for court appearances)
to highly contested litigation (requiring the retention of
forensic accountants, psychologists, appraisers, and
various other experts). Ms. Accetta recognizes that every
client has unique, individual needs and concerns. She
promotes a positive environment in an effort to eliminate
any unnecessary stress to the client. Ms. Accetta believes
that being a parent, herself, has provided her with the
empathy and understanding needed when dealing with issues of custody and visitation. Having had extensive experience in personal injury matters, she continues to offer her clients representation in those matters limited to vehicular accidents and dog bite cases.

Since 1994, Ms. Accetta has been an Arbitrator for the Los Angeles
County Bar Association, Dispute Resolution Services, and a Family Law
Mediator in Dissolution and Legal Separation actions. In the past, Ms. Accetta
has been appointed as minor's counsel , and as Judge Pro Tem for Family Law and Domestic Violence matters.

Her hourly rate is $365 per hour, plus costs (filing fees, experts, etc.)
